Start from your resume and profile. Reusable details can carry into future applications, so each new employer does not mean starting your work and education history from scratch. Keep the saved information current and check how it appears on the form.

Prepare the resume and the form together.

Choose a role from the jobs board and start its application. Litos prepares the resume for that posting and fills supported application forms. The dashboard keeps the packet and application state together.

Support depends on the employer's actual form, not just the platform name. A custom question, missing detail, account step or human verification can require your attention. A page that loads is not a promise that every field can be completed automatically.

Choose how applications are sent.

Review the prepared application before you send it. Automatic sending is available only when you enable it. Missing or conflicting answers and verification can still pause the flow.

Check your automation settings before starting. Autofill and submission are different actions: filling a form does not prove it reached the employer. Use the application status and available confirmation to see what happened.

Keep sensitive answers deliberate.

A saved answer should describe your situation, not an assumption based on a job title or location. Read eligibility, availability and personal questions carefully. Update an answer when your circumstances change, and resolve unclear questions before proceeding.
