When Simplify is the better pick
Simplify advertises free autofill on supported application portals, with no limit on how many applications you fill. If you prefer opening each application in your browser and submitting it yourself, compare Copilot with the forms you actually use: Simplify shows its popup on the sites it supports.
Autopilot changes the comparison
Simplify also documents Autopilot, which opens the company's portal, fills it from your profile, tailors your resume if you asked, and submits the application without a review step. Its help page says access is limited to a subset of Simplify+ members during beta. If you already use Simplify, check whether your account includes it before switching.
When Litos fits better
Litos brings role discovery, a tailored resume, an optional cover letter, application preparation and status tracking into a web dashboard. In the manual path, review the exact resume, cover-letter text when present, saved answers and a screenshot of the filled employer form. If an answer changes, Litos can fill the form again and take a new preview before you approve sending. Workday is shown page by page. Automatic sending is available when you opt in, and employer forms and verification can still require your attention.
Try one relevant application
Compare the same posting and source resume in the workflow you are considering. Check factual accuracy, editing, supported form steps, sending permissions and the final application status. Neither a feature list nor a filled form proves that every employer portal will work.
