Workday autofill, one page at a time.
Workday applications are long, split across several pages, and different at every employer. Litos fills a Workday application one page at a time from your saved profile and a resume tailored to the job. The application card can show a capture of each filled page. With Hold for my final press on, nothing is sent until you press Submit on the last page.
Why Workday is harder than a one-page form.
Every employer runs its own Workday career site and chooses its own sections, questions and account rules. The form is a wizard of several pages with dropdowns, date pickers and repeated sections for each job and school. A generic form filler that works on a single page often stalls here.
The resume import that many Workday sites offer is a first draft. Dates land in the wrong role and roles go missing, so every page needs a check either way.
How Litos fills a Workday application.
Choose a role and start its application in the Litos dashboard. Litos prepares a resume for that posting, then fills the Workday pages from your profile: your details, work history, education and the employer's questions it has answers for.
After a page is filled, the application card can show a capture of it, so you can check what went in. If the application pauses partway, it picks up from the page it reached, for example page 3 of 6, instead of starting over.
What stays with you.
Some steps belong to you. Signing in to the employer's site, verification codes sent to your email, and questions about your own situation, such as work authorization, are yours to answer. When Litos has no saved answer for a question, it asks you instead of guessing, and it can reuse your answer on later applications.
The last page is the one that sends your application to the employer. Choose how that works in settings: with Hold for my final press on, Litos fills everything and waits for your Submit. With automatic sending on and no hold, a clean application can go through without asking again.
Honest limits.
Workday sites are set up differently by each employer, so a page can still need you. Litos does not solve CAPTCHAs for you. A filled page is not proof of receipt: check the application status and the employer's confirmation to see what actually happened.

Yes, Litos is built to fill Workday applications page by page. Each employer sets up its site differently, so some pages or questions may still need you.
Do I need a Workday account for each company?
Usually yes. Each employer runs its own Workday site with its own accounts. The guide on Workday accounts explains why and how to make it faster.
Will Litos submit my Workday application without asking?
It depends on your settings. With Hold for my final press on, nothing is sent until you press Submit on the last page. With automatic sending on and no hold, Litos can send a clean application without asking again, and it still stops when a question needs you.
What if Workday's resume import scrambles my experience?
Check each work entry on the page capture, or turn on Hold for my final press so you can check before sending. Employer, title and dates should belong to the same role. Correct anything that does not match your resume.

The web dashboard is the main way to prepare and manage applications. Litos also offers a Chrome extension.
