What a Lever application asks for.

Lever applications live at jobs.lever.co, under the employer's name, and the application is usually one page. Each employer adds its own questions to a common core:

• Your resume, uploaded at the top of the form.
• Full name, email, phone and current company.
• Links such as LinkedIn, GitHub, a portfolio or another website.
• The employer's own questions, which can be multiple choice, dropdowns or longer written answers.
• An additional information box for anything else you want to say.
• On many US postings, voluntary demographic questions you may decline to answer.

How Litos fills a Lever application.

Choose a role on the Litos jobs board, or open a Lever posting you found yourself and start from the Chrome extension. Litos prepares a resume for that posting from your own experience, prepares a cover letter when the application asks for one, and fills the form: your details, links and the employer's questions it has answers for.

When a question has no saved answer, Litos asks you instead of guessing, and it can reuse your answer on later applications. Longer written answers are drafts for you to read and change until they sound like you.

What stays with you.

Questions about your own situation, such as work authorization, sponsorship and salary, come from your answers, never a default. Anything you have to swear to or declare personally waits for you.

Sending is your choice. By default, Litos fills the application and you press submit. With an active trial or Litos+ plan, you can turn on automatic sending; with it on, Litos can send a Lever application once every answer is backed by your profile. In the Chrome extension you get a 15-second countdown, and one click cancels it. With Hold for my final press on, nothing is sent until you press Send.

Honest limits.

Lever postings can carry a spam check. When it asks a person to prove they are human, Litos stops and waits for you; it does not solve it. Some employers' spam checks refuse automated browsers outright. Litos does not keep retrying those: the application offers Finish in your browser, which opens the form in your own Chrome, where the Litos extension fills it and you press Submit.

A filled form is not proof of receipt. Check for the employer's confirmation page or email before you count the application as sent.
