Choose a job and start an application. Litos prepares a tailored resume from your experience. Review the job description and document together, inspect the edits, and correct anything that does not describe your work.
The match indicator compares resume evidence with terms from the posting. It is not an interview prediction or a score issued by the employer. Use the highlighted requirements to understand the fit instead of chasing a number.

Continue from the prepared resume into the application flow. The document and saved profile information travel together, reducing the work of preparing a file in one tool and filling a form in another.

Is the match score an ATS pass mark?
No. It compares your resume with requirements from the posting. It is not the employer's internal score and does not guarantee progression.
Can I try the workflow first?
Yes. The public demo uses a sample application and sends nothing. Get started when you are ready to use your own resume.
