How do I know my application was sent?
A filled form does not prove the employer received your application. Open the application in Litos and read its status. If the submission is unverified, Litos checks the original attempt instead of asking you to submit again.
An uncertain result is still uncertain.
The dashboard distinguishes a confirmed submission from an attempt whose outcome is still being checked. A button click, filled page or prepared resume alone is not confirmation.
If the application says Litos is checking the result, let that recovery continue. Litos does not ask you to declare that the employer received it. Do not start another application to the same role to resolve the uncertainty.
If the status does not resolve.
Follow the status shown on the original application. If you need support, include the job link and the displayed status in the contact form. Do not include passwords, verification codes or private resume details.
An employer confirmation email can be useful information for support, but it does not require you to make another submission or mark an uncertain result as confirmed yourself.
