Junior Production Support Engineer

Your Role:

As a Junior Production Support Engineer you will work alongside experienced professionals, investigate technical incidents, and collaborate with different teams to identify solutions and improve system performance.

Monitor application performance and investigate production incidents.

Perform technical troubleshooting to identify and resolve application and system issues.

Support the investigation of recurring incidents and contribute to identifying their root causes.

Document and track problems, helping the team identify opportunities for process and service improvements.

Reproduce reported issues in test environments and perform regression testing to verify fixes.

Collaborate with Development, QA, and other technical teams to maintain application stability and reliability.

Work on a shift-based schedule and occasionally travel internationally to support our global clientele.
