Ready to join the future of work?

Become part of a remote and hybrid first*, global company spanning across the Americas, Europe, and Asia for A Job That Works for You. You will become among 2000+ Guardians worldwide, embracing YOUR unique approach to work. 🌎

Our vision of the future of work is “Work In Any Way” which offers flexibility for where you work, it empowers you to define your ideal work environment, unbound by the traditional notions of what work should look like. Most importantly, it puts people first! 🤩

We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded Senior Partner Marketing Manager to turn our partnerships strategy into pipeline. You'll develop and run the partner marketing strategy that drives qualified referrals and partner-sourced pipeline across North America and EMEA.

This is a strategic, hands-on individual contributor role supporting a broad partner ecosystem: referral and private equity partners, integration partners across HRIS and payroll, and growing programs with recruitment firms, HR consultants, global mobility providers and other HR companies. You'll know how to market through partners to reach new audiences, and you'll bring the ideas, not wait for them. You'll work as the strategic marketing counterpart to our regional Partnerships Directors, spotting opportunities, building programs and driving execution with the wider Marketing team.

You'll be the marketing voice in the room with partners, and the partner voice in the room with marketing.

Responsibilities Partner marketing strategy and planning

Develop and run partner marketing strategies aligned to regional partnership priorities and revenue goals. Build quarterly and annual partner marketing plans, proactively identifying opportunities to generate qualified referrals and partner-sourced pipeline. Shape distinct approaches for each partner type, including referral, integration, private equity, recruitment, HR consultant and global mobility partners, based on business models, audiences and commercial opportunities. Manage partner marketing budget and work with regional Partnerships Directors to align and make the most of regional Partnerships budgets. Prioritize partner marketing initiatives based on strategic importance, revenue potential and available resources, ensuring investment is focused on the highest-impact opportunities.

Demand generation and go-to-market motions

Design and run joint campaigns that tap into partner audiences, customer relationships and channels to generate qualified demand. Lead co-marketing initiatives including webinars, thought leadership, digital campaigns, account-based marketing and targeted customer communications. Support joint go-to-market and co-sell motions with Demand Generation, Product Marketing and Sales, building compelling messaging, sales plays and strong partner lead management. Drive co-sell motions with integration partners across the HRIS and payroll space, from joint value propositions and integration launches to sales plays and account-based campaigns. Grow Safeguard Global's reach within private equity portfolios through targeted campaigns and engagement with portfolio company leadership.

Partner program management

Support the growth of partnerships across our key sectors, including our recruitment partner program, HR consultant partner program, global mobility partners and other HR companies. Create the marketing foundations each program needs to scale, such as partner value propositions, recruitment campaigns, partner introduction materials, solution one-pagers, and co-branded content. Help attract and activate new partners in these sectors through targeted campaigns, events and community building.

Partner activation, events and relationships

Build scalable programs that support new partner launches and accelerate partner-driven demand. Create ongoing co-marketing opportunities that keep Safeguard Global visible and relevant within partner organizations and customer communities. Plan partner events, sponsorships, executive roundtables and webinars with Events Marketing, each with a clear audience, goal and path to opportunity. Act as the trusted marketing lead for partner stakeholders, agreeing joint plans, campaign objectives and success measures to drive engagement and demand generation. Find creative ways to use existing partner marketing channels to maximize reach and return on investment.

Performance and optimization

Set and track KPIs for qualified partner referrals, partner-sourced pipeline and campaign effectiveness. Work with Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations to make sure tracking, attribution and reporting are accurate. Analyse performance to optimize campaigns, prioritize investment and scale what works. Share results and recommendations with Marketing and Partnerships leadership.

What you bring 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally including at least 5 years in partner or channel marketing. A track record of developing and running partner marketing strategies that generate measurable pipeline. Experience with joint go-to-market campaigns, co-sell motions, partner-led demand generation and co-marketing programs. Experience across multiple partner types, including referral, integration and technology partners, with a strong understanding of how to generate demand through partner ecosystems. Experience running co-sell motions with integration or technology partners, ideally in the HRIS or payroll space. Ability to set strategy independently while staying hands-on with campaign execution. Strong partner stakeholder management, with the confidence to build trust and influence at every level. Experience developing and executing, from start to finish, integrated partner marketing campaigns, including events, webinars and other demand generation channels. Experience using Salesforce to track marketing activity, attribution and pipeline contribution. Strong communication, project management, analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to work across North American and European teams, with occasional travel.
