Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and Client and JLL Corporate Finance stakeholders. Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, business cases, and special projects. AR, AP, FRMC & Cash Management
Oversee planning, execution, and tracking of AR, AP, and FRMC workstreams, including management of AR aging over 30 days past due. Controls, Governance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with client contract terms, including Master Services Agreements and amendments. Develop and maintain robust internal control systems; participate in controls programs (zero leaks, account reviews, FRMC findings). Design, implement, and maintain policies and procedures that optimize efficiency and internal controls across the portfolio. Design and perform audit programs evaluating control effectiveness and policy compliance; lead peer reviews, defining scope, schedule, and overall program. Stand up and monitor governance structures for workstreams; support problem-solving and manage escalations. Process Improvement, Finance Transformation & AI Adoption
Serve as a change agent, driving and implementing process change and continuous improvement across finance workstreams. Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, scale, and modernize finance tools, technology, and processes. Drive adoption of Finance Transformation initiatives and AI/automation tools (e.g., RPA, GenAI-enabled reporting and analysis) to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of finance operations. Manage seamless collaboration across finance, business lines, corporate, and operations functions to ensure comprehensive business alignment. Team & Stakeholder Leadership
Guide the account finance/reporting team in achieving reporting, AR, and compliance objectives. Proficiency in financial analysis tools (Excel, financial planning software) and familiarity with ERP systems. Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights. Comfort with ambiguity; strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and process orientation. Self-starter and quick learner, detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
