Role overview The Change Management Lead owns end-to-end change delivery on our HR transformation programmes and grows change management as a revenue line across our client base.
About Rolling Arrays:
Rolling Arrays is a professional services firm delivering HR technology implementations and application management services (AMS) across Asia Pacific. We work across SAP SuccessFactors, Workday and Darwinbox, helping organisations design, deploy and sustain their people platforms.
Why this role matters:
Technology alone does not deliver value - adoption does. This role ensures our clients' people are ready, willing and able to work in new ways, and positions change management as a core part of every engagement we run.
Key responsibilities Change management delivery Lead end-to-end change management workstreams on HR technology programmes, from mobilisation through hypercare and adoption. Apply the ADKAR model to diagnose readiness, design interventions and track individual and organisational adoption. Run stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments and change readiness assessments. Design and deliver change, communications and training strategies and plans aligned to programme milestones. Build and coach change champion and super-user networks across business units and countries. Partner with client HR, IT and leadership sponsors to secure visible sponsorship and resolve resistance. Define adoption KPIs and report progress to steering committees; adjust the plan based on the data. Work closely with functional consultants, project managers and client PMOs to integrate change activities into the delivery plan. Growth and sales Identify and qualify change management opportunities within existing implementation and AMS accounts. Scope, estimate and write change management proposals, statements of work and change requests. Support pre-sales pursuits with solution design, client presentations and orals. Develop reusable assets - methodology, templates, toolkits and case studies - that strengthen our change offering. Contribute to practice targets for change management sales and delivery revenue.
