Process Analyst with German (Kone Business Services) F/M

What will be your role?

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless execution of contracting processes and high-quality data administration. As a Business Support Analyst, you will handle complex tasks within the Sell to Cash process, focusing on data analysis, stakeholder communication, and driving process improvements.

What you will do:

-Validate and enter contractual data into the ERP system, including Customer & Equipment Master Data, Contracts, and Billing. - Resolve complex tasks and cases accurately and independently; consolidate available data sources to analyze issues, identify root causes and propose effective corrective actions. - Lead and actively participate in calls. - Act as a buddy to junior colleagues by guiding them and sharing process knowledge. - Identify and implement improvements within your own process area using Lean and Lean UX principles. - Maintain and enhance process documentation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and audit compliance/readiness. - Support project implementation by performing system and process testing.

What you bring:

- Intermediate Excel proficiency. - Excellent command of German and English (both written and spoken) - Solutions-focused, curious, clear communicator, with strong decision-making and presentation skills. - Strong customer service mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced international environment.
