Caring Senior Service is seeking a compassionate, dependable part-time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support seniors, caregivers, and families in the Raleigh area.

Responsibilities Conduct client assessments and reassessments as appropriate. Develop and review individualized care plans. Perform supervisory visits and evaluate caregiver performance. Monitor clients’ health, safety, and well-being. Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff. Maintain accurate documentation and support regulatory compliance. Provide guidance and education to caregivers. Qualifications Active North Carolina RN or LPN license. Home care, senior care, or related nursing experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and independent work skills. Reliable transportation for local travel. Compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented.
