We thrive on complex challenges and deliver business-critical IT transformation projects, moving seamlessly from strategy, design and delivery to operations.

This is a Hybrid role, offering the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life, with 2 days a week spent connecting with colleagues in our London office or on client site

The Role

Are you a visionary technical leader who thrives on bringing clarity to complex engineering challenges?

In this influential role, you’ll act as the bridge where mobile engineering, product strategy, security, and delivery converge. Partnering with high-profile clients, you will shape resilient, secure, and user-friendly digital mobile experiences that millions rely on daily. You will work ahead of delivery teams to resolve architectural ambiguity, steer platform evolution, and lead with empathy, collaboration, and purpose.

Key aspects of the role include:

Strategic Architecture & Vision: Shape and lead end-to-end mobile architecture across iOS, Android, APIs, and cloud services, aligning technical roadmaps with long-term business goals.

Platform Governance & Innovation: Define organisation-wide security, resilience, and performance standards while leading proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies.

Executive & Stakeholder Influence: Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and client steering boards, effectively translating complex technical strategies into clear, impactful choices.

Engineering & Practice Leadership: Drive practice-wide capability growth, build playbooks, and foster an inclusive, high-performing engineering culture by mentoring and empowering teams across multiple squads.

Secure & Resilient Design: Champion "secure by design" principles, threat modeling, and robust platform controls to protect customers and maintain platform integrity at scale.
