About the job

The Mission

Our client exists to build more than housing-they build opportunity, dignity, and lasting impact. Through innovative modular construction, they are restoring what’s been broken in the building industry by delivering high-quality, attainable multifamily housing at scale-while creating meaningful careers and second chances for the people who build it.

Who They Are

A rapidly growing modular design-build manufacturer with a multimillion-dollar pipeline entering 2026 and a 5–10 year growth trajectory projected to exceed $1B in revenue. Founded and led by builders, they take projects from vision to reality, integrating modular thinking from conceptual planning through final construction. They don’t just deliver buildings-they walk alongside developers as true partners, offering full turnkey execution across design, manufacturing, construction, and installation. In just two years, they’ve grown from 3 to 70+ team members, becoming the second-largest employer in the county, while staying deeply committed to their values. Rooted in faith, humility, and stewardship, their culture is defined by hunger, accountability, and service. They proudly champion second-chance employment, working alongside veterans and individuals determined to rebuild their lives with purpose and excellence. The Role: Why This Matters
