About the job

Are you a senior marketing leader who gets results through experienced people? Do you combine clear strategic thinking with a strong focus on delivery? Do you enjoy managing and developing marketing professionals across multiple European markets? Then this could be the role for you!

The Role As Manager Marketing, you lead and develop Rockpanel’s MarCom network across European markets. The local MarCom managers report to you. You set goals with them, give clear direction and feedback, hold them accountable for results, and make sure strategy becomes campaigns that create demand, support specification and generate qualitative sales leads.

The local MarCom managers run the day-to-day work and are the first point of contact for their local organization. You give them direction, clear expectations, and support, so they can focus on making an impact in their market. They bring deep local market experience, so building trust and agreeing clear ways of working is a key part of your role. You connect local teams with global priorities and digital marketing, and you ensure campaigns are rolled out consistently and with strong results.

You identify and address barriers to effective execution by establishing practical ways of working and ensuring consistent follow-up. You foster a strong team culture by sharing best practices across markets and supporting the professional development of each MarCom Manager. You also connect technical functions with the local teams. You turn technical and regulatory developments into clear market guidance that supports sales and specification.

You work closely with the Marketing Director and the Brand Manager and give market input to the marketing strategy, in an integrated marketing approach that balances global brand consistency with local market relevance.
