Project Manager

We are on the lookout for a Project Manager or Event Manager who finds a thrill in working together towards one grand apotheosis, that also happens to be a true live experience.

Plugged Live Shows creates one of a kind live shows, worldwide. We are an experiential studio that engages audiences and touches individuals by creating signature shows with a creative vision and a deep communicative core.

You are a Creative producer with experience in ‘Performing Arts’. You merge art, commerce and production seamlessly into unforgettable live experiences. You will work with, and grow our network of musicians, dancers and other performers, composers, arrangers, choreographers, costume designers, you name it. You are a master in organizing complex processes, especially when mixed with artistic and aesthetic challenges. You feel an urge to turn our clients' dreams into reality. You create a solution to every challenge you come across. You understand what our (creative) team needs to excel.

In this role you…

Provide a seamless flow of communication and information between the project team, our partners and suppliers regarding the production elements

Deal with the external events team of our clients, to ensure seamless integration of our live experience in the events and its organization.

Facilitate the creative and production team with inspiration, enthusiasm and structure

Together with the Executive producer, who is responsible for the specific creation of the specialistic show elements, you monitor the progress of milestones, deliverables, schedules and the overall budget

Interpret and discuss the artists hospitality riders with the project team and the partners

Protect the deadlines and budget of the projects

Collect, structure and share updates with the project team

Organize and create production sheets and the production book

Resolve any productional and practical challenges
