Full-Time Traveling Dental Assistant - Oakland, CA - Sign-On Bonus

About The Opportunity Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dental care services in structured, outpatient clinic-based environments in Oakland.

This role functions as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations.

The Setting This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model.

We manage equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics - allowing the care team to focus entirely on delivering high-quality patient care.

What You’ll Do • Assist the Dentist during exams and procedures • Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments • Support patient intake and documentation • Maintain infection control and sterilization standards • Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team

Qualifications

Certified/Registered Dental Assistant (California required) Active Radiation Certificate 2+ years of Dental Assisting experience preferred Strong understanding of OSHA & infection control Reliable Transportation and Valid Driver's License Able to lift/transport equipment (25–50 lbs) Must pass federal background check + drug screening Professional, punctual, and able to work independently A heart for serving seniors and underserved communities

Schedule • 4 days per week - weekdays • Typical hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM • No nights • No weekends
