Vorbereitung für das Tages- und Abendgeschäft

Vorbereitung des Mise en Place

Beteiligung im operativen Bereich

Waren fachgerecht einlagern und Lagerbestände kontrollieren

Betreuung von Buffets und Menüs

Sicherstellen der Qualitätsstandards

Sicherstellen der Sauberkeit und Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften

Unterstützung der Postenchefs

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch / Köchin

Flexibilität, hohe Belastbarkeit und Motivation

Selbständiges Arbeiten aber auch hohe Teamfähigkeit

Ein Höchstmaß an Zuverlässigkeit

Freude an neuen Herausforderungen
