SPAR Firies, Killarney, Co. Kerry, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Deli Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for a motivated person who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Pay: €17.00 per hour

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the deli department, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times

Lead, motivate, and support the deli team to deliver excellent customer service

Ensure the department operates efficiently and achieves sales and profitability targets

Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance

Monitor food quality, presentation, and freshness to ensure customer satisfaction

Manage stock control, ordering, and waste levels effectively

Train, coach, and develop team members to support their performance and growth

Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment

Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently

Contribute to the ongoing development and promotion of the deli department
