Master Data Management Executive

GPV Lanka is expanding its Shared Service Center (SSC) capabilities and is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Data Quality, Reporting & Governance / Master Data Management Executive.

About the Role As part of our growing Shared Service Center function, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of business-critical data across the organization. This role supports centralized data management activities that drive standardization and efficiency across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Product Data (item creation, lifecycle management, and product data setup)

Handle Partner and Supplier Master Data creation, validation, and governance

Support ERP parameter maintenance, including planning, purchasing, and inventory control settings

Maintain Routing, BOM, and Manufacturing Master Data to ensure accuracy and process standardization

Support Data Quality, Reporting, and Governance activities to improve consistency and reliability of business information

Assist in developing standardized work practices and process documentation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, and Operations to ensure data accuracy
