Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Community Health Center – Littleton, NH

The Position:

We are seeking a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner for outpatient primary care in Littleton, NH. Salary and Benefits:

Active New Hampshire APRN license (or eligible) Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC or FNP-C) 3 years of direct primary care experience Experience with electronic health records (AthenaOne) Responsibilities:

Monday through Friday schedule No weekends and no call Approximately 80% clinical and 20% administrative time Approximately 2 patients per hour Provide outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan Manage preventive care, chronic conditions, and acute visits Order and interpret labs and diagnostic studies Prescribe and manage medications Work with a robust care team that handles much of the administrative load Contribute provider input into organizational decisions Complete timely documentation in AthenaOne Please apply HERE or send resume to jobs@theipgteam.com
