Our award-winning client is seeking an Estates Planning Paralegal to join their team. Our firm is seeking a qualified estate planning Paralegal to join our growing team in Fountain Valley, CA. In this role, you will play a vital role in assisting attorneys with all aspects of estate planning.

Responsibilities:

Drafting wills, trusts, and other estate-planning documents. Conducting client interviews and gathering information. Preparing legal correspondence and pleadings. Assisting with probate and trust administration. Conducting legal research and summarizing findings. Ensuring all documents are filed timely and accurately. Maintaining client confidentiality. Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience as an estate planning paralegal A strong understanding of estate planning law and procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other legal software A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong organizational skills and time management skills The ability to work effectively as part of a team We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
