A well-established, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking a General Dentist to join its growing dental team in Winnfield, Louisiana. The organization is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality, affordable healthcare throughout Central Louisiana and provides integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services to patients of all ages. As an FQHC, the practice emphasizes comprehensive, patient-centered care while utilizing modern technology and a collaborative, team-based approach.

This position is based in a new, state-of-the-art, three-story, 60,000-square-foot facility designed to support exceptional patient care in a modern clinical environment.

About the Position

Full-time General Dentist opportunity Tuesday – Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No weekends or Saturday clinic Practice alongside an experienced Dental Director Supported by 3–4 Dental Assistants and 1–2 Dental Hygienists Modern clinic with 10 fully equipped operatories Average patient volume of approximately 250 patients per month Patient mix: 65% Medicaid 20% Commercial Insurance 8% Medicare 8% Sliding Fee Scale Opportunity to make a meaningful impact by serving a diverse and underserved patient population Compensation & Benefits
