Role Summary:
To provide comprehensive broking and administrative support within the Broking Department,
contributing to the efficient handling of accounts, accurate data management, and high-quality
service delivery to clients and markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry, validation and maintenance of client, risk, and policy information across all relevant systems. Maintain complete, compliant, and up- to-date records and files in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Prepare renewal submissions, quotations, and related documentation for clients and insurance markets Produce and manage reports to support broking, management, and operational needs. Assist with insurance wordings, policy documentation, and general broking administration. Liaise with internal teams, insurers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication, service delivery, and timely execution of tasks. Requirements:
BSc in Insurance Science, Economics, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in Cyber Risks. Excellent English command and Computer skills (MS Office). Strong negotiations skills, striving for high customer satisfaction. Effective responsiveness to pressure and tight deadlines. Team working behavior and attitude with excellent communication skills.
