Sr. Extrusion Engineer / Senior Process Engineer, Medical Tubing

My client makes medical tubing, and this role owns the extrusion process behind it. You'll be the technical lead from new product development through commercialization, and the engineer the rest of the team learns from.

Develop, optimize, validate, and sustain medical tubing extrusion processes Design, qualify, and maintain extrusion and downstream tooling Lead IQ/OQ/PQ, process characterization, and capability studies Run root cause investigations and put corrective actions in place Own PFMEAs, control plans, validation protocols, and SOPs Support technical quoting, manufacturability assessments, and customer audits Mentor engineers, technicians, and manufacturing staff About you

Be able to do the job as described. You've designed extrusion tooling, not only run it You've written and executed IQ/OQ/PQ protocols Microbore, multilumen, tapered, or reinforced tubing experience is a plus Current passport for occasional international travel How to apply
