Structure Resources is seeking a Project Manager for a direct-hire opportunity with an established industrial contractor specializing in petroleum terminal and pipeline projects. This firm provides mechanical construction, industrial piping, structural steel installation, and related services for customers nationwide, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in oil and gas construction and proven mechanical expertise. This individual will oversee project planning, coordination, and execution-ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to specifications.

This opportunity offers the ability to lead complex industrial projects with an established contractor serving the petroleum infrastructure sector.

What They’re Looking For

At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager Oil and gas industry experience in petroleum terminals, pipelines, and/or refining Strong mechanical construction experience, including industrial piping, structural steel, concrete, and civil scopes Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and competing priorities Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with clients, field leadership, subcontractors, and vendors Availability to work from the company’s La Porte, Indiana office Key Responsibilities

Manage planning, coordination, and execution of industrial mechanical and civil construction projects Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements Coordinate with field leadership, subcontractors, and vendors to support project delivery Monitor progress and address issues affecting scope, cost, quality, or schedule Maintain communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project Oversee project documentation, scope changes, and closeout activities Support adherence to project specifications and company safety standards Compensation & Benefits

Base salary starting at $125,000, with higher compensation depending on experience Company truck and fuel card Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and additional benefits after 30 days of employment 401(k) eligibility after 180 days, with a 4% company match when the employee contributes at least 5% Company-provided cell phone, laptop, and necessary software Location:

This position is based out of the company’s La Porte, Indiana office. Candidates within approximately 1–2 hours of La Porte may also be considered, with arrangements discussed individually.
