Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and objectives, within the household and cleaning products sector, and proactively address them to resolve concerns and issues promptly. Participate in the development and execution of sales strategies for the assigned customer portfolio, focusing on Vileda’s core product lines (e.g., cleaning tools, mops, cloths, and related solutions). Analyze and manage customer profitability and assess partnership opportunities to maximize Vileda’s presence and shelf share. Design, implement and monitor the annual promo plan, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and commercial objectives. Analyze, manage and implement annual agreements, budget, assortment, and distribution, with a focus on optimizing Vileda’s product availability and visibility. Demonstrate strong forecasting skills and maintain a high level of internal communication, collaborating closely with our marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams. Monitor the FMCG and retail market to identify growth opportunities and potential threats for Vileda, leveraging insights to strengthen our market position. Provide analysis and evaluation of market data and internal KPIs, with a focus on Vileda’s performance and category trends. Provide internal presentations and all necessary input for other departments

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 4–5 years of experience in the FMCG or Consumer environment in a Key Account Management, or a similar commercial role. Fluent in Dutch, with a good command of English and French. Strong understanding of market dynamics, customers, and industry trends. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, BI tools, and digital platforms. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Well-organized, proactive, and execution-oriented, with a hands-on mindset. Collaborative team player, able to work effectively across Sales and other business functions.
