Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Maryland

Job Summary

We are hiring an LCSW-C who wants to focus on thoughtful, client-centered therapy without the demands of in-person care. This role is built around steady virtual sessions, clear clinical expectations, and the ability to support clients through assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing care in a consistent remote environment.

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy through secure telehealth platforms Conduct clinical assessments and diagnoses Develop and update treatment plans Monitor client progress across sessions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Requirements

Active Maryland LCSW-C license Master’s degree in Social Work Experience providing mental health therapy Strong assessment and documentation skills Comfortable working fully remote Benefits
