What you'll own Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team responsible for sales commissions administration and operations. Oversee the accurate and timely calculation, validation, and payment of sales commissions and incentive compensation programs. Ensure commission processes, controls, and governance practices meet business, compliance, and audit requirements. Partner closely with Sales, Finance, HR, Revenue Operations, and Legal teams to implement and administer compensation programs. Deliver executive-level reporting and insights on commission performance, attainment trends, and program effectiveness. Drive operational excellence through automation, process improvements, and continuous optimization initiatives. Lead strategic projects including compensation plan harmonization, operating model enhancements, system implementations, and transformation efforts. Manage escalations and complex compensation matters while providing exceptional stakeholder support. Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on commission governance, administration, and industry best practices. Identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, reporting capabilities, and the overall seller experience.
What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in sales compensation, commissions operations, incentive compensation, or a related discipline. 3+ years of people leadership experience in a fast-paced and complex business environment. Experience supporting sophisticated sales compensation programs for large sales organizations. Strong analytical, operational, and project management skills. Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple business functions. Proven success leading through change and delivering measurable business outcomes. Experience managing executive-level stakeholders and resolving complex compensation matters. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process excellence and operational scalability.
It's a bonus if you have Experience supporting sales organizations with 1,000+ sales professionals. Experience managing global sales compensation programs and supporting geographically dispersed teams. Xactly Incent administration, configuration, implementation, or optimization experience. Experience leading compensation transformation, plan harmonization, or operating model redesign initiatives. Experience with large-scale systems implementations and process automation projects. Proven success partnering across Sales, Finance, HR, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Executive Leadership teams. Advanced reporting, analytics, and business intelligence experience related to sales performance and incentive compensation.
