Overnight Caregiver (CNA, PCA, HHA)

What You'll Do

As an Overnight Caregiver, you may assist clients with:

Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Mobility, transfers, and fall-prevention support Overnight safety monitoring and supervision Medication reminders Meal preparation Light housekeeping and laundry Companionship and reassurance Morning and evening routines Following individualized care plans and documenting care provided Communicating changes or concerns to the Trove care team Depending on the client's needs, caregivers may be required to remain awake and attentive throughout the overnight shift.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must:

Have a valid CNA, PCA, or HHA credential, or meet Trove Home Care's caregiver training requirements Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Be able to successfully complete required background and driving record checks Be able to safely lift at least 35 lbs. Be dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently in a client's home Have reliable availability for overnight assignments Previous professional caregiving experience is strongly preferred.
