My client, a global medical device company, needs a leader to own its U.S. talent strategy. You'll run the Organizational Development department and partner with regions outside the U.S. for global alignment.

Be able to do the job as described. Your OD career is corporate-side, consulting internally with business and HR leaders You've designed talent assessment and bench strength planning processes You have the presence to coach executives Predictive Index experience is a plus How to apply
