Head of Group Key Account - Cash Carry & Hypermarket > Leading channel C&C and Hypermarket with business size 2255 MB in year 2024, business contribution 19% to total company. > Manage customer and develop business plan to deliver sales target each year

Job Description:

Head of Group Key Account - Cash Carry & Hypermarket

1) Leading team & ensure team to deliver business KPI, Sales, Marketshare

2) Build long term business plan with customer, build strategic partnership with key customer CPAXTRA (Makro & Lotus), Big C, Go wholesale

3) Negotiation with customers on Trade term (TTA), deliver business plan as of trade agreement

3) Ensure fundamental working process & drive key project and work with with cross functional; finance, logistic, marketing, trade

4) Coach & Guide team for account management skills
