What You'll Do

Lead technical evaluations and support energy efficiency programs for commercial and industrial clients Conduct onsite and virtual inspections to verify installations, collect data, and deploy metering equipment Perform energy and peak demand savings calculations using industry-standard tools and methodologies Analyze energy performance for new construction and LEED-certified projects Support QA/QC reviews, benefit-cost analyses, and program evaluations Research emerging technologies, funding opportunities, and best practices in energy efficiency Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders Coordinate regularly with internal engineering staff, project managers, and external stakeholders Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master's in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred 3–8 years of experience in energy efficiency consulting, construction, lighting, HVAC, or as a field technician Experience with engineering analytics, cost analysis, and statistical/regression methods Experience with energy modeling software (eQUEST, Trane TRACE, or similar) Familiarity with industrial and manufacturing processes Strong QA/QC background Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable in a remote work environment Detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational skills Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle; ~25% domestic travel required What We Offer
