IT Systems & Platform Engineer (f/m/d)

eleQtron develops and operates full-stack quantum computers based on trapped-ion technology. Quantum computing is a new computing paradigm rapidly approaching commercial viability. Role Overview: We are looking for an IT Systems & Platform Engineer (f/m/d) to join our IT team in Siegen. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting and operating our cloud infrastructure, engineering platforms, monitoring systems, development platforms, and secure access environments.

The role operates within a defined IT strategy and governance framework. You will take ownership of operational execution, contribute technical expertise, and play a key role in building modern IT capabilities across the organization.

Responsibilities: Support and maintain cloud infrastructure, identity systems, and endpoint management platforms(Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot)

Support engineering and development platforms, including SolidWorks, 3DEXPERIENCE, CST Studio Suite, COMSOL, GitLab, CI/CD environments, and engineering license servers, ensuring reliability, security, and usability

Support secure access technologies, including Microsoft Global Secure Access, Zero Trust initiatives, and connectivity validation across internal and client environments

Automate operational tasks using scripting and contribute to improving system reliability, visibility, and operational efficiency

Maintain documentation, support disaster recovery readiness, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT environmen t
