Their clinical team works closely with rehabilitation professionals to help patients improve mobility, recover from complex medical conditions, and regain independence.

The Position: Our client is looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to provide physiatry and pain management services within skilled nursing facilities in the Winchester, Virginia area.

Full-Time W2 Employee $110,000 – $160,000 Annually Flexible 8-Hour Shifts Typical Schedule: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Weekdays Only No Evenings or Weekends Required Benefits Available Requirements:

Active NP License in Virginia Experience in PM&R/Physiatry, Pain Management, Geriatrics, or Post-Acute Care Preferred Strong Clinical Judgment Ability to Work Independently Excellent Communication Skills Collaborative Mindset Responsibilities:

Provide On-Site Physiatry and Pain Management Services at Skilled Nursing Facilities Evaluate Patients and Develop Individualized Care Plans Manage Patients With Pain, Spasticity, and Functional Limitations Develop Treatment Plans Focused on Mobility and Recovery Treat Patients Recovering From Stroke, Surgery, and Complex Medical Conditions Consult With Rehabilitation Teams and Collaborate With PT/OT/ST Coordinate Care With Interdisciplinary Teams Focus on Improving Functional Outcomes and Reducing Rehospitalizations Provide Patient-Centered Care Focused on Functional Recovery and Independence Work a Predictable Weekday Schedule With No Required Evenings or Weekends
