Who we are looking for

An Integrator. You get energy from execution, harmony, and accountability.

A hands-on builder. You will not have a large team beneath you for a while. You build the spreadsheet, write the process, run the report, and work the exception list yourself first, and then delegate where possible. Nothing is beneath you.

Leader. You can build culture, exhibit influence, and effectively grow a team and lead through people.

Both a process author and enforcer. You are a systems thinker who can see the big picture, make it actionable, and then make sure it’s followed.

Detail-hungry. You are willing to get in the weeds and find + fix the error.

Comfortable in a regulated business. You move fast operationally, but never cross a line or cut corners.

Technology savvy. You are comfortable aligning technology systems with operational needs and implementing automations.

Values-aligned. Effective communicator, positive attitude, team player, empathetic, and act like an owner.
