Location: Weston, MA Compensation: $40–$50/hour Commitment Level: Full-Time, Live-Out, Long-Term Guaranteed Hours: 30 hours/week Schedule: 4–5 days/week; shifts of 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM and 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM; flexible Start Date: ASAP
Position Overview We're looking for an Executive Family Assistant to support the family's 95-year-old father and oversee household management.
Benefits: Paid weekly through payroll, Year-end bonus
Responsibilities Care & Support (50%)
Help with the daily routine, including meals, hydration, supplements, exercise, driving, and outings. Give physical support, such as mobility help with a walker and cane, watching for stairs and obstacles, and encouraging mindful movement. Support participation in home-based physical therapy and training. Keep him engaged through photos, phone calls, iPad games, the internet, and time with family and friends. Encourage independence while keeping him safe and well. Write notes, fill out the daily form, and follow the set routine. Use technology confidently, including email, Word documents, and the internet. Household & Family Management (50%)
Do light housekeeping tied to family support, including dishes, laundry, and general tidying. Organize and restock household supplies. Grocery shop and run errands. Manage all scheduling. Plan and organize outings. Supervise the chef and host dinner parties. Shop for gifts and household décor and bring creative ideas. Manage occasional household repairs and vendors. Support household routines as needed, with direct care always coming first. Requirements
At least 5 years of caregiving experience; in-home care preferred. Executive or personal assistant experience, with the ability to handle any situation with poise. Strong negotiating and leadership skills. Memory care experience. Compassionate, patient, and adaptable to changing needs, with a good sense of humor. Grounded, confident, and thorough. Comfortable with hands-on caregiving, including physical assistance. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Organized, methodical, and proactive. Able to work well with the family and other caregivers. Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a long-term role. CPR and First Aid certified. Comfortable working in a home with video cameras. Willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement to protect the family's privacy. Reliable transportation. 3–5 professional references.
