About the job

Company Description TurnCare is transforming how hospitals manage mobility, pressure injury prevention, and patient recovery through the Guardian System - a technology-enabled patient management solution that combines innovative therapy with actionable data and insights.

As we scale, we're building a more data-driven organization - one where decisions are grounded in a clear understanding of what is happening, why it is happening, where the greatest opportunities exist, and what we should do next.

Role Description The Marketing Manager is a highly driven, field-facing marketing professional responsible for shaping TurnCare’s downstream marketing and commercial strategy and bringing it to life in the market and in the field. This role combines marketing strategy, hands-on execution, clinical fluency, and commercial partnership to build awareness, generate and convert demand, accelerate customer adoption, and drive measurable business growth.

The Marketing Manager serves as a connective partner across the organization and in the field, translating customer and clinical insight into messaging, programs, and tools that help the commercial team win. This individual will work closely with leaders to set marketing strategy, targeting, and measurement, and will partner day to day with sales representatives, clinical specialists, product management, operations, and leadership to align plans, messaging, and execution across the customer lifecycle.

This role owns TurnCare’s marketing channels end to end - social media, email, digital and paid campaigns, conferences and events, and lead generation and conversion - while also developing the content, training materials, and sales tools that support product launches, new clinical data, and go-to-market strategy. The Marketing Manager is expected to spend meaningful time in the field with reps and customers, gathering voice-of-the-customer feedback and turning those insights into sharper positioning, value proposition, and commercial strategy.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, entrepreneurial, clinically curious, and equally comfortable building strategy and executing it personally. This person thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where flexibility, accountability, and initiative are critical to success, and is able to work independently while managing multiple priorities. This is a field-facing role requiring approximately 50% travel and schedule flexibility.

What you'll do: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Strategy and targeting: Partner with operations to contribute to marketing strategy and planning, customer targeting and segmentation, market and competitive insight, and measurement of marketing performance. Marketing channels: Manage and grow TurnCare’s marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, conferences and events, and lead generation and conversion. Sales support: Partner with the sales team in the field and support customer engagement, active opportunities, and develop the tools and materials reps use. Content: Develop marketing and training materials that support product launches, new clinical data, field activity, and go-to-market strategy, consistent with TurnCare’s brand and voice. Cross-functional partnership: Work closely with product management, clinical, operations, sales, leadership, and other teams to align plans, messaging, and execution. Voice of the customer: Gather and share customer feedback through interviews, surveys, site visits, events, and field conversations, and help turn those insights into product, messaging, and commercial strategy. Product launches: Partner with the product team to help develop new products, and provide input on value proposition, positioning, and messaging to support successful launches. Other duties: Take on additional projects and responsibilities as the team and business grow.

3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in medical device, healthcare technology, or another clinical setting. Experience working with cross-functional teams and gathering customer feedback. Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools, such as Salesforce and Mailchimp. Hands-on experience with digital marketing and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and other paid campaign platforms, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO/SEM fundamentals. Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time.
