HVAC Installer

Position Summary

The HVAC Installer will be responsible for residential installation of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps Duties and Responsibilities

Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps Replace or retrofit HVAC systems to meet current efficiency and safety standards Install thermostats, controls, and related accessories Test system functionality and ensure proper airflow and temperature control Collaborate with customers to explain the installation process and answer questions Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Work closely with dispatch and warehouse to ensure timely job completion Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum 3- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift and move heavy equipment Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus) Commitment to Safety
