· Lead refinement of HCP segmentation and targeting using prescribing, claims, and behavioral data; apply insights to personalization, channel selection, engagement cadence, field deployment, and promotional resource allocation

· Design and execute integrated omnichannel programs across personal, non-personal, and digital channels, developing segment-specific messaging, content, and campaign tactics

· Lead Medical, Regulatory, and Legal promotional review, serve as content owner for MRC submissions, and ensure all materials are compliant, on-brand, and delivered to quality, timeline, and budget expectations

· Partner closely with Sales, Channel Marketing, Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, and Market Access; represent U.S. HCP marketing in global forums, business reviews, and annual brand planning

· Manage external agencies and partners, including creative quality, execution, timelines, budgets, and commercial investments

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or another relevant advanced degree preferred

· At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharma commercial roles, including significant experience leading U.S. HCP marketing for a science-driven brand across strategy, omnichannel engagement, and field force enablement

· Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Commercial Operations in a regulated U.S. promotional environment, including Medical/Legal/Regulatory review

· Experience managing external agencies, marketing budgets, and commercial investments

· Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, generate actionable insights, and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders

· Ability to translate complex clinical and market information into compelling, compliant HCP content, with working knowledge of FDA promotional guidelines and pharmaceutical promotional review

· Proficiency with CRM and marketing technology platforms, such as Veeva, and an entrepreneurial mindset suited to fast-paced, resource-constrained settings

· Preferred: Experience in the U.S. vaccines landscape, including ACIP recommendations, immunization schedules, and public health dynamics; experience in HIV prevention or treatment; or experience launching products into new customer segments or shaping new markets
