About the job

Endodontist – Matthews, North Carolina

About the Position

Join a well-established, highly regarded endodontic practice in Matthews, North Carolina, just outside Charlotte. This is an outstanding full-time opportunity for an Endodontist looking to step into a busy specialty practice with an established referral network, advanced technology, excellent clinical support, and significant long-term earning and growth potential.

The practice has built strong relationships with referring dentists throughout the Charlotte metropolitan area and benefits from a consistent flow of endodontic cases, including an established VA referral relationship. The opportunity is designed for an Endodontist who wants the feel and clinical autonomy of a private specialty practice while benefiting from the resources and infrastructure of a large, doctor-founded and doctor-led specialty dental partnership organization.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

Established Referral Network Step into a practice with long-standing referral relationships and consistent patient demand. An established VA referral relationship contributes additional stability and case volume.

Advanced Endodontic Technology The office features CBCT imaging, two operating microscopes, digital workflows, and modern clinical equipment designed to support efficient diagnosis, treatment planning, and high-quality endodontic care.

Clinical Autonomy Doctors maintain control over clinical decision-making and patient care while receiving the operational resources and support needed to focus on practicing endodontics. The affiliated specialty organization specifically emphasizes preserving clinical autonomy within its partner practices.

Specialty-Focused Support Rather than joining a traditional general dentistry organization, you'll have the resources of a national platform built specifically around endodontics, oral surgery, and periodontics. Support includes billing and accounting, HR, IT, procurement, credentialing and payer negotiation, marketing, training, compliance, and other operational services.

Doctor-Founded & Doctor-Led Organization The supporting organization was founded by practicing dental specialists-including endodontists who understood firsthand the challenges of balancing excellent patient care with the business demands of operating a specialty practice. Today, the organization supports 220+ practices and 350+ specialists nationwide.

Professional Growth & Collaboration Become part of a broader network of specialty doctors with opportunities for collaboration, continuing education, professional development, and sharing best practices while maintaining the culture and clinical independence of the local practice.

Long-Term Growth & Partnership Potential This opportunity offers more than an associate position. There is a structured path toward long-term partnership and ownership, providing the potential to participate in the financial growth of the practice and broader organization.
