Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner / APP – College Station, Texas

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Women’s Health Advanced Practice Provider to join a well-established, community-focused healthcare organization in College Station, Texas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys a high level of clinical autonomy, wants to build long-term relationships with patients, and is passionate about providing comprehensive women’s and maternal healthcare.

Minimum of 2 years of women’s health experience required

Strong experience in OB, prenatal care, postpartum care, and gynecologic services

High level of provider autonomy with responsibility for independently managing a patient panel

Established patient demand with approximately 18–20 patients per day once fully ramped up

Collaborative environment with access to experienced clinical and administrative leadership

Opportunity to provide comprehensive care to women throughout multiple stages of life

Providers will also have the opportunity to expand their procedural skills in areas such as:

Basic OB ultrasound

NST interpretation

IUD placement and removal

Nexplanon placement and removal

Training is available for experienced women’s health providers who need additional exposure to these procedures.

Compensation & Benefits

$125,000 + annual base salary, depending on experience

Productivity incentive: $20 for each completed billable encounter above 16 patients per day
