Full-Time | Monday–Friday | In-Office $52,000 Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Client Engagement Specialist / Appointment Setter to join our team. You’ll be one of the first people prospective clients speak with, so your ability to make someone feel comfortable, heard, and excited to meet with us is what matters most.

Financial services experience is not required. If you’re great with people, comfortable on the phone, willing to learn, and motivated by goals, we’d love to talk with you.

What Does the Job Actually Look Like?

Your main goal is simple: have great conversations and help connect prospective clients with our financial advisors.

You’ll reach out to individuals who have shown interest in learning more about retirement planning, get to know them a little, answer basic questions about FSA, and schedule a time for them to meet with one of our advisors.

We provide the prospective clients - you focus on building the connection.

A typical day might include:

Calling prospective clients provided by FSA Having friendly, genuine conversations about what brought them to us Sharing a little about who we are and how we help Scheduling appointments with our financial advisors Following up by phone, text, or email Keeping notes and appointments organized in our CRM Working closely with our advisors and other team members Celebrating wins and working toward individual and team goals You Might Be a Great Fit If...

You don’t need a background in finance. We’re looking for personality, drive, and a willingness to learn.

Genuinely enjoy talking to people Are comfortable picking up the phone and starting a conversation Have a warm, upbeat, and professional personality Are a good listener and can naturally build rapport Like having goals to work toward Are dependable and organized Enjoy being part of a team Are coachable and open to feedback Have a positive attitude, even when you hear “not right now” Want a position where your effort can directly impact your success Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, inside sales, appointment setting, call centers, or other people-focused roles can be a great foundation for this position, but it is not required.

What You'll Earn

We believe in providing the stability of a strong base salary while also rewarding performance.

$52,000 annual base salary + Performance-based bonus opportunities + Additional earning potential based on results
