About The Team

Stellenbeschreibung Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Disponenten / Dispatcher (m/w/d), der unsere täglichen Transport- und Zustellprozesse aktiv steuert und koordiniert. In dieser Schlüsselrolle sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Ablauf, optimale Auslastung unserer Ressourcen und eine zuverlässige Durchführung unserer operativen Prozesse.

Ihre Aufgaben Steuerung, Planung und Optimierung von Touren- und Einsatzplänen im Tagesgeschäft

Disposition von Fahrern und Ressourcen unter Berücksichtigung von Prioritäten, Verfügbarkeit und Standort

Aktive Überwachung der operativen Abläufe sowie schnelle Reaktion auf Störungen und kurzfristige Änderungen

Schnittstellenkommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebsablaufs

Bearbeitung, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Serviceanfragen

Erstellung und Pflege von Reports sowie relevanten Leistungskennzahlen

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung

Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene Schul- oder Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Erfahrung in der Disposition, Logistik oder Einsatzplanung von Vorteil

Sicherer Umgang mit Dispositionssystemen, GPS-/Telematiktools und MS Office

Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung

Belastbar, entscheidungsstark und flexibel im operativen Tagesgeschäft

Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2) sowie Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
