Responsibilities:

Optimize daily production for maximum efficiency and business goal achievement. Champion continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence strategies. Develop and maintain clear unit operations manuals and standard operating procedures. Oversee process design changes and implement plant system updates following Management of Change procedures. Collaborate with vendors and contractors as the process owner. Commission new process equipment and ensure seamless integration. Conduct internal training sessions to empower your team. Provide operational and technical support to project coordinators. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering required. 3-10 years of production or operations experience is essential. Familiarity with PSM/OSHA regulated work environments is a must. Strong problem-solving skills are key to success. Bonus:
