Process management Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of finance processes and controls across countries and entities. Monitor monthly controls, KPIs and SLAs, and report on them using Excel and Power BI. Align and collaborate with country finance teams to build a common understanding of processes and control points. Identify process improvement and harmonization opportunities, taking local and business specificities into account, and propose practical solutions. Process ownership: PTP and Site Rentals Management Depending on team priorities, take ownership of or support key finance processes such as Purchase-to-Pay (PTP) and Site Rentals Management. For Site Rentals Management, operate and improve the finance side of the site rent lifecycle: contract onboarding and master data, rent calculation and indexation, invoicing and payment, and accruals. Support PTP improvement initiatives, such as purchase order approval workflows, open purchase order reviews and process harmonization across countries. Act as a point of contact for Finance, Operations and Finance Systems teams on the processes in scope. Automation and AI enablement Identify, assess and prioritize automation and AI use cases across finance processes. Design, build and maintain automation solutions with Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform, documenting flows, steps, validations and controls. Use Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Cowork to draft documentation, analyze data, prepare reports and create simple tools and apps. Promote the adoption of AI tools within the finance team, in line with the company's AI acceptable use guidelines and data protection requirements. Project management Lead end-to-end finance transformation projects and initiatives, from planning and initiation through execution and closure. Develop project plans, timelines and budgets, and track progress against them. Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders and cross-functional teams, communicating objectives, status and key milestones clearly. Policies, procedures and controls Write, review and publish accounting policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals and desktop guides. Translate internal and external audit findings into practical remediation actions in processes and controls. Keep finance process documentation and knowledge content current and easy to find for country teams. Transformation, communication and change management Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance organization. Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and implement best practices and innovative solutions. Promote clear communication plans to drive successful business adoption of process and tool changes. Facilitate productive meetings, workshops and training sessions to drive progress and decision-making. What Makes You a Great Fit

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. 3–5+ years of experience in finance operations, process improvement, audit/controls or finance transformation within a multinational organization, preferably in an industry with high transaction volumes. Hands-on experience with Purchase-to-Pay (PTP) processes. Advanced Excel skills. Fluent English, written and spoken. Experience in Site Rentals or lease contract management (finance side) is a nice to have. Experience building automations with Power Automate or other Microsoft Power Platform tools is a nice to have. Practical experience using Microsoft 365 Copilot or other AI tools in a business context is a nice to have. Experience with ERP and purchasing (P2P) systems is a nice to have. Big 4 or internal audit background is a plus, but not a requirement is a nice to have. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma or Microsoft Power Platform is a nice to have. Additional language knowledge (e.g., Hungarian, Spanish, Greek, Polish or other European languages) is a nice to have. What Will Help You Thrive
