RN/LPN Pediatric Home Care

Home Heart Florida is hiring compassionate RNs and LPNs for pediatric private-duty home care. You'll provide one-on-one nursing care to medically fragile children in their own homes - helping kids thrive and supporting their families.

Case Details

Location: North Lauderdale, FL Clinical Skills Required: G-Tube, Seizure Monitoring (Preferably with Trach Experience) Language Required: English Shift: Tuesday 12AM - 8AM, Tuesday 10PM to 8AM, Saturday 5PM - 11PM License Required: RN or LPN

Open Shifts

• Wednesday - 10PM - 8AM

What you'll do:

• Deliver skilled nursing care: assessments, medication administration, and care plans

• Support children who may need trach/vent, G-tube, suctioning, or seizure monitoring

• Document accurately and communicate with the care team and family

What we're looking for:

• Active Florida RN or LPN license

• Pediatric or home-care experience is a plus - we'll train the right nurse

• Reliable, dependable, and great with families

• Current CPR; able to pass background and license checks
