Defend injured workers' rights remotely with a flexible schedule. Manage all aspects of Workers' Comp cases, from inception to resolution. Collaborate with insurance carriers, employers, and medical professionals.

Make a Difference:

Advocate for clients, negotiate settlements, and manage legal strategy. Conduct depositions, prepare legal documents, and represent clients in court. Stay current on Workers' Comp law and conduct training for clients.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of Workers' Comp law experience. Licensed to practice law in California. Strong work ethic, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
