About the job

What you'll do

"Mobility" is a fundamental pillar of our Dealer network, as it empowers each Dealer to advance based on their potential and ambition, transitioning from smaller to larger stores. The Changeover process is the manner by which Dealers buy and sell inventory and assets from one store to another as part of the mobility process. Each transaction entails the significant financial transfer of assets and inventory between Dealer’s, and is achieved by way of the Changeover Policy and Procedure process.

The Changeover Team consists of 2 Operations Manager’s, with each overseeing a team of multiple direct reports. With a “Dealer First” approach, these Manager’s will be accountable for the day-to-day operations to support the entire Changeover lifecycle, from the announcement of a Dealer accepting a new store to Finalization. Managers will assist in the mediation of variance and ensure that Changeovers meet the highest standards of being factual, fair, and frictionless.

Working in partnership with the Changeover Committee, the Managers also contribute to the development and implementation of Changeover strategies, policies and practices, working collaboratively with the Manager of Changeover Capabilities.

Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Changeover lifecycle, through improvements to the overall process. Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence and enhancing capacity through modernization. Lead a team of Dealer Changeover Consultants to execute the Dealer Changeover process nationally. Oversee the transfer of multi-million dollar business transactions between Dealers. Research new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency. Mediate and resolve unresolved matters between the participants of the transaction within the confines of the Changeover policy. Facilitate the Finalization process involving existing and retiring Dealers. Uphold a strong integrity of asset listing accuracy for every Changeover. Provide advice and education to Dealers throughout the Changeover process. Support and coordinate with various cross-functional departments. Coordinate the Changeover schedule with third-party vendors. Work collaboratively with the CTDA and Dealer Changeover Committee. Exercise informative, data-driven decision-making authority, with the sole avenue for appeal being the Dealer Changeover Committee. Provide strong people leadership and development, while ensuring budget management processes are followed.
