WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Perform check-in and check-out procedures

Escort our suite guests to the Schloss

Review arrival lists to welcome guests

Assist our guests and respond to their inquiries

Identify the needs of our guests and build a relationship with them

Support guests with specific tasks (e.g., booking services or restaurants, confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)

Handle guest complaints and refer them to management if necessary

Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
